Our international shipping charges on orders do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details regarding these charges. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you will be responsible for all the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the refused shipments, in addition to the cost of returning the shipment to us. These costs will be deducted from your total refund.

Shipping and handling Fees:
Shipping and handling are free for orders over $95 within the continental 48 U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico). Average delivery time will be 3 to 5 business days with tracking number from USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please note, we do not ship orders over the weekends and holidays. Yes, we ship to PO Box and APO/AE address. For orders under $95.00, we charge flat fee $9.99.
How do I track my order:
You will receive an email containing the tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also log in to your Perfect Hair Account and select "Track a Shipment". You can see your full order history and can select the appropriate order to view tracking details.
Returns and Refunds:
All unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product less the original S&H fees. Damaged & Incorrect Items: At UNICO Enterprises, we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. The money back guarantee on any product is one customer and one time. Receiving a return credit voids all future guarantees. All our products may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in resalable condition. There is no restocking fee.
How to return:
- Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization number
- Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
- Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
- Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.) We recommend UPS service.
