01. The order
When do I receive my order?
We work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. We close on weekends and all major holidays. We are located in Los Angeles, California. If you live in the West Coast, the delivery time frame is 2 to 3 days; if you live in the Middle West, 3 to 4 days; if you live in the East Coast, 5 to 7 days.
