All unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product less the original S&H fees.
Damaged & Incorrect Items: At UNICO Enterprises, we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
The money back guarantee on any product is one customer and one time. Receiving a return credit voids all future guarantees.
All our products may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in resalable condition. There is no restocking fee.
Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted whether you choose free shipping promotion or you pay for the shipping cost.
Charge Back Fee:
We are charged by our credit card processing company per charge back. We will charge you $25.00 for the charge back fee if you file a dispute but your credit card transaction is valid, please contact us first before you file a charge back.

How to return:
1. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization number
2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
4. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.) We recommend UPS service.Once we receive the return, we will issue you a refund within 1 to 2 business days.
